My Role in the Project:
As the first Senior Program Manager and later, Director of Program Management for Synthego, I successfully authored and implemented the company's first processes governing the ideation, development, testing, and release of new technologies and products.
Metrics of Success:
Through implementation of these processes, I introduced the principles of program and project management to this rapidly-growing startup, concepts which were subsequently applied to all technical, commercial, and operations groups within the organization.
